• RFP for Legal firms completed. Four attorneys interviewed. The new legal firm was notified of engagement.
• Collection accounts transferred from previous law firm to new law firm.
• Agreement signed with Town Center overnights to share all costs of Town Center Pickleball courts ONLY. A check was received from the Town Center HOA for past use from 2023-2025.
• Broken lights at the Town Center removed and capped.
• The Governing Document Review Committee formed, and meetings held.
• Policies and fee schedules created or updated based on need. All residents were notified.
• Clubhouse tennis/pickleball court times established, and residents notified.
• House plans that have been submitted over the years for DRC applications were organized. Homeowners were notified so they could be picked up.
• Landscape work orders for May: 8 new/10 completed/8 still in progress.
• The areas that were identified for Xeriscaping in 2025 have been completed. Washington County has approved the work for the water wise rebate reimbursement.
• The areas identified for the 2025 irrigation replacement project are complete.
• The indoor pool painting is completed.
• Liquid chemical feed system installed at clubhouse for pool.
• The indoor pool resurfacing and hot tub construction is underway. Anticipated completion by 4th of July.
• Autofill float replaced at the clubhouse outdoor pool.
• Pocket park playground inspections have been completed.
• Handle on the closet of the clubhouse conference room replaced.
• All daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly inspections completed.
• Binder containing approved paint samples created and available to homeowners at the HOA office.
• Spreadsheet to preapproved paint colors created and placed on website to make the selection process more user friendly.
• Notice of Views vote to fully integrate sent to homeowners. Town Hall scheduled for June 9th from 6-8 at the Holiday Inn.
• 2025 plant replacement along CC Blvd and Overland Trails completed.
• All damaged pool loungers at clubhouse repaired.
• No trespassing signage installed on HOA common area facing the Town Center nightly rentals.
• Resident Guide that is handed out at Q&A with the HOA was updated.
• Views pickleball net replaced.
• Views pool tile cleaned.
• Scott completed walking sidewalks in Highland North (including the Views) and Highland South to identify any sidewalk encumbrances.
• DRC created a form to help homeowners who are replacing their mailboxes. Scott continues to try to identify contractors who are interested in building them.
