A PERSONAL NOTE

Isn’t this one of the strangest holiday seasons ever? Inflation, supply chain limitations, vaccine worries, distancing, coercion. How can one feel joyous at such times?
The answer, of course, is faith. Faith is the antidote to fear and anxiety. It doesn’t have to be faith from religion – it can just be faith in a benign universe. Humanity is trending upwards (even if it doesn’t look like it right now). We are coming out of the darkest phase in any Great Cycle of 24,000 years… from the Kali Yuga (the Iron Age) up into the next cycle (the Age of Copper, to be precise), and we’re evolving, it would be accurate to say, from dark to light.
The answer to fear is also love. Do what you love doing now, what gives you bliss. Follow your bliss. Hang out with people you love, and try to be Zen about their irritating behaviors that bug you (you probably bug them too). Just open your heart. Love all people because most are struggling with Earth School – their health, their finances, their relationships. The world needs love now, more than ever… and so do you! When you give love, you get it back. Now, isn’t that the real meaning of this holiday?
Let me tell you a secret: we’re all just One. It’s one race, one planet. It’s one Cosmic Mind. What goes around, comes around… because it’s a closed system. Karma is just ripples in a pond. What you put out there with your thoughts and actions, comes back. Eventually. Put the good stuff out there! Put love and kindness. Withdraw or stay away from the opposite. If you’re worried, don’t just pray. Do one act per day that’s nice. Then do two or more acts. Rev things up. Get the wheel in motion. Give compliments to strangers. Make them feel good. Volunteer or feed people. Hug a lot. Use Venus energy to give love and enjoy pleasure. Buy yourself one nice thing, even if it’s a candy bar. Love yourself.
The nation is coming into its first-ever Pluto return. Huge transformation, as I’ve said, hopefully for good. I already like the aspects I see for us in January to February. I’ll write about this in the next newsletter, of course, but for now, consciously choose faith over fear and love over anger. You’ll have a wonderful holiday that way!

ASTRO TIDBITS - DEC. 2021
For the World, Week 1 indicates improving economies (Pluto semi-sextile Jupiter). The 1st brings idealism, healing, and artistic efforts (Neptune SD trine Mars, sextile Venus exact). The 4th shows a new start for discussions (Solar Eclipse conjunct Mercury). However, the 8th shows confusion or deception (Mercury square Neptune). The 19th is good for the markets and for communications (Venus SR conjunct Pluto; Full Moon trine Jupiter). Week 4 brings a continuing breaking-up of structures in fits and starts, and some kind of difficult finale (Uranus square Saturn; Jupiter at 29 Pisces). The 30th can show over-generosity (Jupiter in Pisces square NN).
The U.S., in general, struggles with a bad economy and unpopularity (U.S. p2Venus opposite U.S. p2Saturn), as well as odd pairings or sudden severance of relationships (U.S. p2ASC square U.S. Uranus). On the 1st, weakness is emphasized by infections (Covid-19?) (Neptune SD in Pisces square U.S. Mars). The 4th provides a new beginning for optimism (Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius conjunct U.S. ASC exact). People are on edge on the 9th (Mars square U.S. Moon), but there is reason for the nation to be happy on the 12th (Jupiter conjunct U.S. Moon). In Week 3, effort is made for the homeland (Mars conjunct U.S. p2IC), and it is hopeful regarding investment and art (Venus SR in Capricorn trine U.S. p2Neptune exact, conjunct U.S. Pluto, and opposite U.S. PF). The 24-25th shows accidents or violence (Mars opposite U.S. Uranus). The nation is bold on the 30th (Mars conjunct U.S. ASC).
Governor Ron DeSantis (9/14/78, Jacksonville FL, time unknown) is confident and assertive (Jupiter trine his Mars).
Trump may take chances but is still uncertain (Jupiter opposite his Mars; Neptune SD square his NN).
Bill Gates is anxious, deluded, and untruthful (his p2Mercury square his Neptune) but can keep things together (Saturn trine his Mars; Neptune trine his Saturn).
“Chuck” Schumer (11/23/50, Brooklyn NY) will be sad and may be out of power by March (Saturn in t-square to his Moon, and Pluto).
The Republican Party (3/20/1854, Ripon WI, noon) is undergoing rapid changes regarding financial matters (Uranus return), and is becoming much stronger and more popular (Pluto will trine its Saturn, sextile its MC; Jupiter will conjunct its Venus, sextile its Pluto, oppose its Mars).

Book Review: “Between Two Worlds; Lessons from the Other Side" – by Tyler Henry, (Gallery Books, 2016)
Tyler Henry is a sweet young man whose enormous mediumistic talent gave him a television show of his own in which he reads Hollywood celebrities, and has amassed a large following. Not only is he affable and gifted but he demonstrates a high consciousness about the journey of life, and deep compassion for his clients and their stories.
This is autobiography more than his clients’ case studies. He tells us of his formative years filled with the love and support of his family (especially, the female side) while his understanding and acceptance of his strange gift awakens, explaining how he grappled with it from quite an early age, and the stages of proficiency he went through. “I may not be in control of the information I receive, but I am responsible for how I handle what comes through.”
Mediumism is a special type of psychic ability that isn’t well understood by the general public. It can be – but isn’t always – “talking to the dead.” I’ve known mediums who actually see the deceased’s body in the room, but many just get signals, images, and flashes of insight from the other side. Henry tells us he gets his information in two ways: directly from the client’s energy, or messages from a spirit. Often, he says, his own body will experience the physical symptoms of what the departed has gone through before dying, giving him a way to validate their presence to their family as well as a shortcut to realizing their soul’s journey. Sometimes the true but painful message is hardest to deliver (e.g., your granddaughter has uterine cancer, or your father has only 7 days left to live), but he has learned to trust his intuitive process. He names this his “search for perspective.” We get a few “case studies” throughout the book to illustrate his arc. People are sometimes disappointed when their high expectations aren’t met, and Henry regrets the occasions when he doesn’t deliver the significant message as well as he could have. But his successes are the rule, and are deeply fulfilling to himself and his client.
Henry tells us of his own near-death experience from a brain tumor, as well as some of his edifying but humbling life experiences. We get the impression of an advanced, wise soul who is here to serve in the best possible way. Even when he goes before large public gatherings, then Hollywood renown, there is no sense of materialism, and every indication of wisdom, humility, and sincerity. Rather, the book is chockful of tips regarding how a good medium works, how and what a spirit communicates, the difference between your ego and your soul, what reincarnation is all about, and much more. Above all, the ultimate message is that consciousness lives on, and death is only a way-stop to spiritual advancement.

TRANSFORMATION AND EVALUATION
We would like to show everyone that there are beneficial efforts at work, patterns that represent a new beginning about all your sacred concepts for which people are being groomed to understand and accept. It is not an everyday world in everyday times. The energy is quite ramped up, very intense. Hardly anyone can ignore it or allow themselves to dwell in apathy or unconsciousness. And so that is designed.
The design comes from the higher or more advanced realm of spirit in order to accelerate transformation – of the individual, of society, of the globe, and even (yes) of the universe. Transformation is the name of the game. Each person must wrestle with forces that are demanding change and rebirth, and find it in themselves to solve or come to terms with their particular karmic situation. In so doing, groups or large numbers of individuals will find common cause in the direction they wish to transform, or are even being forced to do by circumstances. Then, depending upon the amount of energy aggregated by various groups of individuals, that is where the flow will go.
The direction of this transformation is upwards, even if it looks low, gross, unacceptable, or even unfathomable. Still, there is evolution at work, and this moves the greater body towards more awareness and insight.
What to do individually during such times? It is incumbent upon each person to find their own harmony, acceptance, purpose, direction, and peace. It is also required that each person evaluate their ideals, values, and ultimate desires. In so doing, this period of accelerated and intense transformation will bring results. It will bring change.
Do not carry a heavy heart during this period. Remain open. Be dynamic. Find your beliefs and put energy into that direction. We will guide, as always.
