A PERSONAL NOTE
Hi,

Recently we went to a nice restaurant in a lovely quaint town (Chesapeake City, MD) with a relative who has some difficulty walking. The town has cobblestoned streets and high curbs. From our parallel-parked car, she had the choice of climbing the curb onto the grass and sidewalk or just walking down the quiet street a short way. She chose the former, and stumbled and fell (luckily, uninjured on the soft sward). For quite a while afterwards, she berated herself that she didn’t listen to her inner guidance that told her to walk down the street instead of tackling the curb.
This is intuition speaking. It’s our protector. We don’t always listen to it but override it by either logic (talking to yourself, giving yourself reasons or excuses) or by emotion (not listening at all). As I’ve taught and written, the word “intuition” breaks down into “inner-teacher.” Not everyone is a willing student! Pride, skepticism, or agitation are just some of the causes for this lack of compliance. Even though it’s your own self talking to you, trying to guide you, your ego often refuses to accept it. Your ego thinks it knows better than your higher self.
You actually have to train yourself to hear and comply! The older I get, the more I tune in. Sometimes, the guidance is about ridiculously trivial things, like: you’ll be sorry you didn’t buy that can of mushrooms. Restock the paper towels before they run out. And so forth…
But this is training for the bigger stuff. A kind of self-directed obedience course! Becoming accustomed to listening and accepting this guidance. You may need it in a crisis when there are only seconds to decide. So, do yourself a favor and tune in!
Now, on another note altogether, I’ve developed the strangest psychic ability. When I enter a hospital or clinic (or my husband does), I get a number. That number, it turns out, unfailingly is always about which time the process will be over and I can leave. I just had it happen this week for my bi-yearly spinal shots. The number was “9.” (I actually hear it.) The doctor didn’t arrive in the building until 8:45. I wasn’t brought into the O.R. until 8:50. Surely, there was no way I’d be done by 9:00! But yes. I stood up from the procedure at exactly 9 AM. It’s happened many times before too. Once, I got the number “2” and my husband and I went to the E.R. in the evening for a reaction he was having. The doctor was drawing up the paperwork to release him at midnight, (hmm, I thought, well, this time the number was wrong) when he decided that he’d missed a test and wanted to do it. Sure enough, two hours later we left the hospital…at 2 AM! I’m not sure what this ability is for. Just to give comfort? To prove that it’s all a guided design? I can’t say but am grateful for the gift.

ASTRO TIDBITS - May 2022
The World finds Week 1 with good economic updates for investing and growth, as well as social pleasantries (Jupiter/Venus sextile Pluto). Diplomatic tact can bring important and beneficial news, revisiting key issues (Mercury station retrograde in Gemini sextile Venus). Week 2 indicates healing and inspiration (Mars conjunct Neptune) with a wrap-up of a stop-and-go period (Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio trine Neptune but square Saturn). The 20th looks happy because of upbeat communications (Mercury sextile Jupiter). The 30th brings high energy and fresh news (Mars conjunct Jupiter; New Moon in Gemini). The Ukraine situation may be resolved.
Week 1 in the U.S. indicates using force, much strength for making progress (Mars square U.S. ASC; p2 Moon trine U.S. Mars), and also pleasant events for the population (Venus conjunct U.S. IC). Week 2 indicates greater freedom (Jupiter sextile U.S. p2 Pluto in H2; Uranus sextile U.S. p2 Jupiter in H8) and an excellent time for plans and discussions regarding jobs and healthcare, especially on the 10th (U.S. p2 Moon conjunct U.S. p2 Mercury; Mercury station retrograde conjunct U.S. p2 MC exact in H6). The 13th-19th can bring strife and problems (Mars square U.S. Mars, opposite U.S. Neptune) but the 16th-17th indicate lots of news and benefits for real estate or land (Mars trine U.S. Mercury; Jupiter conjunct U.S. IC). The nation is empowered from the 21st-24th (Mars sextile U.S. Pluto). Week 4 shows much effort towards internal development (Mars conjunct U.S. IC) and lots of splurging (Jupiter/Mars square U.S. Venus). The month’s end is a very busy time (Mars sextile U.S. p2 MC).
Elon Musk (6/28/71, Pretoria, South Africa) is a powerful idealist (Jupiter/Neptune sextile Pluto) who is experiencing a positive shift that brings even more gain (Pluto trine his Pluto/p2 Pluto, sextile his Jupiter). On the 10th, he’ll be serious and more realistic (Mercury station retrograde conjunct his Saturn, opposite his Neptune). On the 16th he’ll have a positive wrap-up of his efforts (Lunar Eclipse conjunct his Jupiter). However, late August-early September indicates some delays and perhaps problems in his lovelife (Saturn conjunct his Mars, opposite his Venus)!
Ron DeSantis (9/14/78, Jacksonville, FL) is a charismatic hard worker (Venus/Uranus sextile Mercury/Saturn; Sun/NN in Virgo). He will have a lot to say on the 2nd and 20th (Mercury sextile his Jupiter). Mid-month will bring sudden changes and maybe a fight (Uranus opposite his Uranus; Mars opposite his Sun) but Week 3 shows growth and more opportunity (Jupiter trine his Jupiter).
Emmanuel Macron has a mixed pattern entering the June election: He faces an angry power struggle with words but holds his ground (Pluto conjunct his ASC/p2 Mercury, opposite his p2 Mars), usually an indicator of empowerment, and is happy by July (his p2 Moon conjunct his Venus). But there is undoubtedly a sudden upset looming (Uranus conjunct his Moon, square his p2 Sun, opposite his Uranus). Perhaps he wins but is soon ousted for other reasons?
Ex-CEO of Twitter Jack Dorsey (11/19/1976, 1:43 AM, St. Louis, MO) is a dreamy idealist (Mercury/Neptune conjunct; Neptune in Sagittarius trine his Saturn, sextile his Pluto) and a very private person (NN plus 3 planets in Scorpio including his Sun). But he is also quite brave (Mars/Sun in Scorpio opposite Jupiter). He may feel more realized or peaceful now (his p2 Moon conjunct his MC, trine his Moon).

Book Review: “Somebody Else Is on the Moon” – by George Leonard, (Pocket Books, 1977)
Thinking this theory might be presented in a Fortean way (full of mysterious events and out-of-place artifacts), I was happily surprised to find the author to be quite scientific in his approach to this otherworldly theme. A cover quote calls him a “celestial detective”. Leonard describes himself as an amateur astronomer who seems to be on friendly terms with various scientists (e.g., geologists, energy consultants, physicists) and professional astronomers including some who work at NASA. In fact, the book is fully illustrated with “official NASA photographs” from the Apollo flights.
The illustrations, unfortunately, are in black and white very grainy images on the book’s rough paper, and thus extremely difficult, despite copious arrows and circles, to make out the details he is relying on to prove his points. Surely, those groups of amateur astronomer helpers and scientists he recruits to analyze or expound upon his discoveries have worked with crisper photos and magnification to see the various items he tells the reader about. And in the Appendix, he gives information on ordering the NASA Moon Photos for those who wish to pursue this further.
In step by step, well organized fashion, along with many useful hand-drawn illustrations, Leonard shows us “a motor as big as the Bronx,” “super octagonal rigs,” “evidence of large symbolic art,” X-drones that “raise dust,” “craters spewing filaments,” “a gigantic pipeline .2 of a mile in diameter,” “a vehicle perched in a crater,” inexplicable “rays in craters,” non-natural (can’t say man-made!) anomalies in crater Tycho, “gas jets,” impossible dust clouds and mists that obscure surface objects for over-long periods, “stitches” (!) on the surface, “lights, flashes, and flares that sometimes last minutes or hours,” “ground markings, insignia, and high-rise signals,” and a whole potpourri of unnatural oddities.
A few of his conclusions are: others (aliens?) are mining the Moon to extract metals and other rare elements from its crust; the Moon is an artificial object placed in orbit; the Moon was driven here after “a fantastic catastrophe eons ago” for a recuperation-repair job; more than one space race occupies the Moon, with bases on the near and dark sides; the Moon’s occupants are “engaged in a long-term breeding experiment” with Homo sapiens; the Moon’s occupants are somewhat parasitic on Earth, and regard us with disdain if not hostility; most of these occupants are mechanical yet controlled by biological brains; and finally, that NASA undertook the expensive Moon program in recognition that intelligent extraterrestrials are there pursuing a mission that may be inimical to our welfare.
One of the author’s biggest grudges against the professional astronomical community is its refusal to see the myriad evidence for what it likely concludes, but rather to gloss things over with absurd or overreaching “scientific” answers when truth would enjoy the simpler but mindboggling conclusions that he and his team have reached.
“The Moon is a strange body. Everybody who has studied it agrees on that. In fact, that is about the only thing we have complete agreement on. It does not seem to belong here. It seems to have a built structure to it – a matrix, a gridwork, a weave. (Recall that an object struck its surface and the Moon vibrated for an hour.)”
Wow!
The implications of Leonard’s observations and conclusions are, of course, astonishing. What does it mean to humanity if there are, and had been, extraterrestrials using bases on the Moon for self-serving reasons, or if the Moon itself is an artificial body? If your mind is open enough – which nowadays it should certainly strive to be – you’ll enjoy this book for its scholarly but genial approach to its arcane subject. 4 stars.

PREPARE TO BE AWAKENED!
What we see is there in front of you but you cannot yet see it. This is not a riddle. Blinders, or the fog that covers the truth, works in the mind to avoid or evade certain aspects of reality that would rather not be faced. Does this mean that these aspects are scary or problematic? Not necessarily. It means that the mind must stretch forward to accommodate, and if the mind is not ready to do so, then the fog remains.
The stretch can be uncomfortable for it proclaims or reveals something different than that which was known, or felt calm and secure. This is always a kind of trap, for in such a place there is little opportunity for growth. Growth requires change within and without. External circumstances may force or push towards growth, but discomfort and even anxiety within may also do so.
It is now upon the world that greater growth is required, and so a campaign has been instituted by what could be called the higher realm to speed things up and to accelerate or force this progress through new revelations. These are the truths that are ahead but that many minds resist seeing and prefer the fog of comfort.
It is not that big a thing, so do not fear. What it is, perhaps may be shocking but not dangerous. Perhaps may be uncomfortable but again, nothing to really worry about. It is as though a new world will open up. A new type or level of reality will be thrust upon minds that are closed, resistant, or just plain lax.
Is this a good thing? Yes, because it would not have been designed in the fashion, the way that is coming, if it weren’t of benefit and ultimately benign.
We leave you with this riddle, this question mark: What is it that is there for the plucking, to be opened, the surprise that is ahead? The answer awaits in due time, and we suggest that minds that prefer to be asleep get prepared to be awakened.
