2019 Online Auction
Money raised from the auction will be used to continue offering The Arc Aurora's high-quality advocacy services such as information and referral; community training and education; individual, class, and systems change advocacy; and individual, family, volunteer and community support.

The Arc of Aurora's Online Auction is open to the public and everyone can participate! Please help us by sharing the Online Auction website with a personal note to friends, family, and colleagues inviting them to bid. Just create an account with your email and bid on your favorite items starting at 9:00 AM MDT on Wednesday, May 1. The Auction closes Wednesday, May 8 at 9:00 PM MDT.

Spring Jam Concert
2:00pm-5:00pm

Everyone attends FREE! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at McCarthy's Sports Bar & Grill with live music played by Runaway Train, a small auction, and dancing! Members of The Arc of Aurora get a free taco bar (while supplies last).

Aurora Rhythms - Concerts on the Lawn
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Bring the whole family and meet up with The Arc of Aurora's staff, board, and other Members at the Aurora Municipal Center Great Lawn located at 15151 E. Alameda Parkway. The concert is FREE, outside, and is open to the public. Please bring blankets and lawn chairs to sit on. Also bring a light jacket, sunscreen, and bug-spray. But, most importantly, wear your dancing shoes!

The Arc of Aurora will provide snacks and water to our Members who attend. To find The Arc of Aurora group on the lawn, look for the purple , orange and yellow balloons.

Membership and Organization Agreement

Did you know that no matter what time of year you completed your membership with The Arc of Aurora, it expires   July 31, 2019? As a courtesy, we kindly ask that your Membership and Organization Agreement be updated in July of each year;  this also applies to all individual advocacy cases. 

Be on the lookout for Membership events taking place in July that you can attend to complete your Membership and Organization Agreement! Oh, and don't worry, we will have other options available to complete your paperwork if you can't make it to an event.

It is down to the wire in the 72nd Regular Session of the Colorado General Assembly with less than a month left in the session. Bills continue to be introduced, and bills that have passed through both chambers are landing on Governor Polis’ desk for his action. We are happy to report that a bill The Arc of Aurora has been in support of has been signed and is now a law that you can begin utilizing TODAY!

HB19-1028 added autism spectrum disorder as a qualifying medical condition for medical marijuana use.

  • improving the systems designed to support people with I/DD;
