Spring is Here!!!
And that means we're out and about, cleaning out rooms, and closets. It can also means we are getting outside more, and using muscles that maybe we haven't used in quite some time. Remember it's just as important to take time to take care of you, as it is to get your gardens & yards ready for spring and summer fun.
What does that mean:

Make a plan -- set reasonable goals to get everything done in a timely manner

Take you time -- generally the mess your cleaning didn't happen overnight

And most importantly -- Listen to your body -- if your muscle start to hurt -- STOP! When we are working, we all think "just one more thing", but it's important to stop when you start feeling fatigue.
Remember to add in some "YOU" time -- it's important to take care of you!
