FLEX Update

FLEX 1.5.6.x is released on Monday to the Early Access Group.


A general release to all users will follow in November, exact date of release to be confirmed.

Meet the Team - David Postlethwaite

Software Support Analyst

This week, it's the turn of one of our software support analysts, 'David Postlethwaite', to tell us about himself....


"I joined Optinet in February 2020 as a Software Support Analyst. Prior to joining Optinet I supported the users of the PCS Cheltenham PMS for many years, until it was acquired by Optinet. It was an interesting time, a new job, and then a National Lockdown a month later!


I have been helping install and train Optinet Flex Users with eGOS since joining, along with support of existing PCS customers


Outside of work I walk, and follow sport.


Interesting Fact(s) – I am ambidextrous."

Latest Patches - v1.5.5.x

  • HPP indicates high priority patches that are downloaded and installed automatically
  • MTS indicates patches that have been deployed to the 'Hosted FLEX' servers


*** If you would like any other patches applied, please raise a support ticket ***



  • #068: Ordering
  • Resolves an issue with an error message that can appear when creating custom orders.


  • #069: Sage Export
  • A new option has been added to allow 'Schemes Payment Data' to be appended to the Sage export.
