eReferral (EeRS) Sign Off Expected

EeRS stands for Electronic Eyecare Referral System.

It is a secure system for transferring patient and clinical data between eyecare providers.

Multiple suppliers, across the country, have developed their own systems (following a single specification) that sit between the eyecare providers. We have written an integration that sends data from FLEX to the suppliers.

We are expecting sign-off next week, with one supplier  - Opera. Once signed-off we will be able to put our first pilot site live soon after.

There are multiple suppliers involved - we have to be signed-off by each supplier before the integration can be used by practices.

FLEX Academy
