Release Schedule

FLEX update v1.5.7.x is now running in practice with our early access group members - feedback so far has been positive and no major issues have been reported.

General release will begin on 1st November with all practices being updated by 24th November.

You can check the date of your update by viewing the release schedule below. You will need to know your download group, which is displayed in the 'About' screen in FLEX (Menu -> About).

The download group is shown in the 'System Information' section.

Docmail Price Increase - Nov 7^th

Following an announcement by the Royal Mail that they will be increasing their prices, Docmail have advised us that the price to send a document through them will increase by 6p a pack, from November 7. All reverse side printing and additional sheets in a pack are unchanged.

We will be exhibiting at the Scottish Optical Conference in Glasgow next month.
