The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the tennis courts have been waiting for you all winter. Come and celebrate the beginning of another great tennis season with a Round Robin and a tasty BBQ.

Kids of all ages are welcome to join the fun. We will have lots of games and entertainment for all. Join us for an exciting day on the courts. We have something for everyone!

Your can register for the event through your member account by clicking on the "Register for Club Events and Round Robins" link or by clicking on the "Yes" button bellow at which point we will register you for the event and a $5 fee will be added to you account.

As of June 1, 2022, the following was implemented:

Booking Rule Changes

To improve both convenience and equitable court access, we implemented the following rule changes on a one month trial basis.

1. Prime Time Hours will be 6pm to 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 12noon on weekends.

2. Two Day Advanced Booking: Bookings will open two days in advance (ex. on Sunday morning at 7am you will be able to book for Monday and Tuesday)

3. Prime Time Booking: Over any two day period, you will only be able to make one prime time booking in advance.

4. Non Prime Time Booking: You will be able to book in advance, an unlimited number of non-prime time courts as long as there is at least 1 hour from the end of play to the next booking.

5. Day of Play: You can book any open court at any time on the ‘day of play’ .

6. In order to maximize court usage, the system will not allow 30 minute gaps in between bookings. As an example, if members have a court booked from 9-10am and you try to book at 10:30am, the system will prompt you to either play at 10am or 11am. (We tried and it didn't work as well as we had hoped. Due to some difficulties in booking during certain empty slot times, this rule will be removed in the upcoming week. Thank you for your feedback and patience during this transition period.)

The Credit Valley Executive Committee have approved the following motion:

(1.) The CVLTC Director of Tennis (the 'pro') or their designates have exclusive rights to provide tennis lessons for which remuneration of any kind may be received.

(2.) Organized tennis programs such as teams, ladders etc. must be authorized by the Executive Committee

Harvey Sadowick

As our club turns 100 years old this year, it is only fitting to thank some of our members that have been with the club for over 50 years. Harvey has been a member since 1967 when the club, at that time, was located on Veronica Dr. and Hurontario St. He has not only been a member but has actively supported the club for many years as a volunteer on the Executive and the Board of Directors. You can still find Harvey on the courts regularly as he plays at least 3 times a week. Thank you Harvey!

Amelia Zeng 

Now, meet our youngest member, Amelia, who is only 2 years old. Amelia is a very happy, cheerful  and active little girl. She loves all kinds of different outdoor activities and visiting Credit Valley with her family. Amelia is a huge fan of her big brother Marshall who is currently learning how to play tennis and Amelia is hoping that she can soon join him on the tennis court. Amelia is eager to get started with tennis and loves swinging the racquet in her back yard while chasing the ball around. Welcome Amelia!
