Black Knight Infrastructure Maintenance Window


We will be performing our normal, monthly, “system-wide” infrastructure downtime maintenance:


Update window

Start: October 5, 12:00 AM CT

End: October 5, 6:00 AM CT


Paragon, Paragon Connect, PXL, RETS, and BKFS Hosted LAMPS Products will be unavailable during this window.


Data Share, Parallel, and Membership Import tasks will be disabled and websites that rely on Paragon data, such as photos, may be affected.

New Automated Billing System Fully Launched


  • Very soon, the website URL for SupraNET will revert to the original system home page location. We will send you a notification when this occurs. At that time, you should discard any temporary browser bookmarks for SupraNET.
  • As a reminder, keyholders who pay their key service fees directly to Supra have the ability to pay delinquent fees and reactivate their account through easy, self-serve steps in the eKEY® app. Keyholders will receive email notifications when their payment becomes past due, when their key service has been deactivated, and when a late fee applies. At any point once a payment is made, the key will be updated automatically so the keyholder may resume using it.
  • Keyholders should confirm that their device, operating system, and eKEY app meet minimum requirements. Supra is continually updating the app to improve performance and provide new features.

Did you know that you are responsible for the condition of all Supra Lockboxes you lease from the Greater Alabama MLS?


As a subscriber benefit, Greater Alabama MLS allows subscribers to lease Supra Lockboxes in lieu of purchasing them. By leasing these lockboxes, subscribers agree to return them clean and undamaged.


To help avoid a $25 cleaning fee, we suggest using a disinfectant wipe before returning boxes to ensure they are clean of dirt and gunk. We also suggest that when securing the SUPRA Lockbox to the property to make sure it is in a covered location to help protect it from rain and water. This also helps keep the lockbox out of direct sunlight, which in high temperatures can affect the battery life. Also, when painting make sure to remove the box from the area being painted to ensure that it doesn’t get any unwanted paint on the Lockbox.
