  • The top three problems buyers discovered after closing involved the electrical system, fixtures and plumbin
  • More than 90% of buyers say they found at least one issue with their home after the transaction that the seller didn't disclose.
  • According to servey from Cinch Home Services, 94% of sellers admit to selling their homes without disclosing a known issue.

AREC Proposed Rule Amendment- Qualifications for Pre-License/Post-License Instructors

Home Prices Down For First Time In 32 Months

With housing affordability still near its worst levels in more than 35 years, downward price pressure is likely to continue in the coming months. It would require some combination of either a 30% rise in incomes, a 2 percentage point decline in 30-year rates, or home prices pulling back another 20% to bring affordability back in line with long run averages.

MLS Rules section 1.1 B states, “The MLS does not accept the following types of listings….Mobile/Manufactured Home Without Real Property.”

Recently, MLS staff have been receiving an increased number of reports and questions regarding this issue. If you currently have a property listed that does not include the land, it will need to be cancelled.
