“The Light Of Peace”
We have the power to choose peace over fear, peace over discord, peace over chaos and more. During this expanded time of significant global changes and deep adjustments to our personal inner values, we have the opportunity to witness our reactions. Acknowledging our feelings is important and finding ways to lift ourselves out of the negative energy is vital to emotional and physical well being. Some moments may be simple and other times very challenging so self patience is important.
As stated in previous messages, honor your feelings of upset when facing the surfacing of deception and domination in power structures like government, organizations or religious institutions.
Remember that your Light is stronger than any fear or darkness.
Your inner strength has a purpose and an expression during this accelerated time of mass awakening.
How do we each navigate the extremes of these times in positive ways? We start by quietly looking within and questioning. By questioning our belief system and looking at what we have learned from family influences, societies rules and norms, religious doctrines, etc., we can look at our attachments to what no longer serves our greater good. Some epiphanies may be soothing and some may trigger disappointment and even grief at letting go.
This time period is activating growth in our awareness to what is authentic and real. This process opens the heart to more fully sense and feel what is true. The intuitive body is also activated to see beyond the 3rd dimension illusions that have governed humanity for eons. Remaining in 3rd dimensional frequencies keeps us bound by fear, greed, separation and the misuse of power such as violent behavior and war.
Moving into fourth and fifth dimensional frequencies allows for a more expanded openness to others and the world in general. We become more heart centered, compassionate and peaceful.
Navigating the currents of transformation, remember what activities bring you into a calmer state of balance. Nature is grounding and the natural rhythm of rivers, ocean, wind, trees, animals, birds, sunshine or rain are all tuning our emotional and physical bodies. The sounds, sights and scents of nature remind us of our connection to Source and help us relax into that deeper understanding.
Resting, meditation, breath work, yoga, Reiki, acupuncture, swimming, dancing, hiking, workouts, athletics and more, all contribute to wellness. Hydrate...our bodies needs water. Tune in to yourself, your Spirit is always guiding you from love, never separated from Source.
As we seek self-empowerment, love is our fuel and our greatest gift to ourselves and the world.
It is not tuning out the world, it is tuning you up to be in the world.
