For One Day for UK, our CPH community collectively came together to make a significant impact for students by raising $18,441.00 for the new Student Support Fund, designed to help current students experiencing financial barriers or hardships. IPH Center Open House Event on April 27
The Center for Innovation in Population Health (IPH Center) invites all CPH faculty and staff to their open house to celebrate their new office space in the College of Public Health building!

Open House will take place on Wednesday, April 27 from 3:30 – 5:00 PM (with food provided) in Suite 201 in the College of Public Health.
CPH Student Ambassadors help recruit a more diverse healthcare workforce
Our student ambassadors, along with CPH staff, facilitated a community health assessment with 25 freshmen at Bryan Station High School as part of the Diversity in Healthcare Program (DHP). The DHP is a collaborative effort between UK healthcare colleges and Bryan Station High School with the mission to recruit a more diverse healthcare workforce.
Nominate an outstanding public health colleague for the 2022 APHA Awards. These prestigious awards will be presented at the 2022 APHA Annual Meeting and Expo, Nov. 6-9, in Boston. Deadline has been extended to April 29th, 2022.

To further support and recognize the efforts faculty put into teaching, the Dean's Teaching Awards at CPH include the Outstanding Teaching Award and the Innovation in Teaching Award. Nominations for the "Innovation in Teaching Award" will be solicited early May.
