Greetings!— I’ve got some good news for you.
Mortgage rates have already dipped from 7% and are now hovering around 6.5%.
Here’s the exciting part…
Goldman Sachs is forecasting three Fed rate cuts this year — starting in September, then again in October and December.
You can read the full article here: MarketWatch.
My take?
If you’ve been waiting for rates to drop, the window is starting to open — but you can’t afford to wait until the headlines say “Rates are falling” to start your search. By then, the best homes may already be off the market and competition will be heating up.
Getting prepared now means we can fine-tune your budget, get your pre-approval lined up, and start identifying the right homes before everyone else jumps in. That way, the moment rates dip again, you’re ready to make your move confidently — and you won’t miss out on the home you really want.
And if you’ve been holding off on selling until rates improve...Lower rates often bring more buyers into the market, which can mean stronger offers and faster sales — but only if your home is ready to shine when that wave hits.
If you’re thinking about making a move in the next 6 months, reply to this post, send me a quick text, or use the link below to schedule a time. We’ll review your situation and build a strategy so you’re ready when the rates move again.
