They radiate company culture and connect with customers less on products and services, and more on shared solutions. This is the customer experience you need and the one your employees want to give. Rasmussen College is hosting its 10th Annual Women’s Leadership Breakfast on Thursday, Oct. 8. Brands and organizations are feeling the pressure to diversify their leadership and bring more women—especially women of color—to the table. But true representation and equity require more than a checked box or a filled seat.
