December Reflections: Gratitude, Connection, and Care

As the year comes to a close, I want to pause and simply say-thank you.

Whether our connection grew through patient advocacy, caregiving, or community and educational partnerships, it has been my honor to support so many during ConnectCare MD's first full year in our community.

The holidays remind us that connection is what matters most. This year, I felt that truth in a deeply personal way with a gift that was not found under our tree. For the first time in decades, my family and I shared our holidays with my older adult parents back in my Batavia, NY childhood home. The joy of being together and their gift of presence was the greatest gift of all.

As you gather with family and friends, or take quiet moments for yourself, I wish you peace and good health in the new year. And if a doctor’s appointment is ahead, know that I can be there by your side, helping you navigate your care with confidence.
