Little Lambs Helping Hands presents Sock-tober
A National Sole Warming Movement
October 1st - 18th
Each night in the United States, an estimated 600,000 people live on the streets. This October, we want to show that even one small act of love, such as donating a new pair of socks, can make a big difference. New socks are the most desired and least donated item in homeless shelters.
Our goal is to collect 500 new pairs of socks of all sizes--babies, toddlers, kids, and adults!
Drop off your donations at Little Lambs MDO in the church office.

Prayerful Sitches
The Prayerful Stitches Ministry offers lap blankets for anyone in need of comfort. To request one, fill out a card from the black box in the Narthex and return it when completed.
The ministry is also seeking volunteers to help create these blankets. Join us on Sunday, October 6, after the 10:30 a.m. service in the library to learn more.
For more information, contact Julie LaFleur.

October ECW Meeting
For our October meeting, we will meet on Tuesday, October 8th at 6:15 pm in Ramsay Hall. We will be doing a "Book Swap."
If possible, please bring a book you are willing to give up for someone else to enjoy reading. Also, be ready to share a little about the book and why you enjoyed reading it.
If you don't have a physical book to share, you can simply tell us about a book you have perhaps read electronically.
Finally, if you are able, please bring a potluck dish to share with the group (it does not have to be homemade).
All ladies are welcome! If you have questions, contact Sharon Falgout.
