January finds us exploring a new tune that can be sung with several terrific texts. This week I’ll introduce the tune RENDEZ A DIEU and we’ll sing it to the hymn, When John Baptized by Jordan’s River.

Merry Christmas! Yes, it’s still Christmas through the feast of the Epiphany. We’ll be celebrating that day in grand style on Saturday at 3. Please plan to attend this service of lessons and carols on the themes of Epiphany as we bring the season of Christmas to a close.

Sunday is the feast of the Baptism of the Lord. WOW! This season has been loaded with amazingly rich readings and music. I’d like to take this moment to thank all of the musicians who have helped to enhance our worship services with musical beauty, and to those who worked to decorate our sanctuary and church building. Thanks to all of you who so graciously support and encourage me and the other musicians in our ministry.
