Merry Christmas

We are thrilled to be celebrating this Christmas season with you all. As we explore this season of faith, hope, love, and joy, we’re thankful to call Chamblee First United Methodist Church our faith community. We hope and pray that your hearts will be filled with peace and love this season.

Since we arrived in July, we have been able to participate in many of the events within the life of the church. We’re thankful that our children could enjoy VBS, kids church, youth group, fall festival, trunk of treats, breakfast with Santa, basketball, and more! Serving together for our UMCOR hygiene kits, Backpack Buddies, and Thanksgiving food drive has been humbling and fulfilling.

We hope that we will continue to move purposefully together in the upcoming year, growing and learning from one another. I pray that we continue to be a church that loves God and our neighbors. As we send cards, sing songs, light candles, and exchange gifts this season, may we do so in the Spirit of Jesus Christ – who came so that we may have life, not only on this earth but for eternity.
