There are still two performances left in the Lincoln Square BID’s FREE Summer Jazz Sensations concert series. Join us tomorrow at Noon in Dante Park for a performance by the Mala Waldron Quartet. There will be cold drinks and light fare from Le Botaniste available for purchase while supplies last at this concert. Our last performance will be on Wednesday, August 31, with a performance by the Eric Person Quartet. There will be refreshing and tasty treats from Rosa Mexicano available for purchase while supplies last.

Fordham University Student Move-In: Road Closures on Sunday, August 28, and Tuesday, August 30

On Sunday, August 28, from 7am-9pm, 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam will be closed. 60th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam will be closed from Sunday, August 28, through Tuesday, August 30, from 7am-9pm. There will be a 15-foot travel lane for residents, patrons, deliveries, and emergency vehicles. Fordham University security officers will be posted at each end of the closed streets. 

20th Precinct Sector A Build the Block Meeting Rescheduled for Tuesday, August 30

Come meet your Neighborhood Coordination Officers and discuss your public safety concerns. Build the Block meetings are a great opportunity to talk about neighborhood safety, make sure your concerns are heard, and have your questions answered. Join the 20th Precinct in sharing responsibility for the neighborhood that you live in.
