What a Week!! We started off the week receiving over $10,000 in Holiday Passports-Thank you to all that are supporting the small businesses.

Then Wednesday, the Governor announced that Franklin and Ripley County are now in the highest level of the map. The Ripley County Health Department has added on extra restrictions. They are listed below under "Resources". This went into effect today, Thursday, November 19th. I am still waiting on Franklin County to send us information.
Ripley County Restaurants: the restrictions in the executive order for table seating are six guests. Dr. Welsh is also allowing one household at a socially distanced table. If there is a family larger than six, they may seat together in the same household.

Then today, we found out our amazing donut shop, Schmidt Bakery was voted one the TOP 10 BAKERIES in Indiana!!!- Congratulation!!!!

Please mask up and please support all the businesses by getting carry-out, buying gift certificates, ordering on-line if you prefer to stay home. Together We Will Survive!

Stay safe and please follow CDC/State/Local Covid-19 guidelines.

COVID-19 INDIANA - COUNTY GUIDELINES BY COLORED
The Indiana Department of Health has established a color-coded county map that measures weekly cases per 100,000 residents and the 7-day positivity rate for all tests completed. Each county is assigned a color based on the average of scores for the two metrics, and the map is updated each Wednesday at www.coronavirus.in.gov.

The Indiana Department of Health has provided the following guidelines to inform local decision-making. The guidelines should be used when counties are in yellow, orange or red status for at least 14 days. The state health commissioner may impose actions when a county is in red status for at least 14 days.

Communities should use the County Metrics Map to make decisions about their businesses, community and social activities.

HILLROM - EMPLOYEES NEEDED

Our Batesville plant has a need to fill positions very quickly (all shifts).  I’m hoping this need will also be able to serve any labor gaps within the surrounding areas if there are production suspensions, reductions, etc from other manufacturing companies, and this will allow for openings to be filled by those who have been displaced.

These roles are/will be posted on our hillrom.com careers site for applicants to apply and be considered immediately.
