Spring is a perfect time for making a new commitment to living with Joy!

And you're in luck because my "Tools for Joyful Living" Class starts soon.

The class will meet for six Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., starting May 15. We'll explore and experience practical "tools" that will enhance the joy and contentment in our every day living. 

Some of the tools to be explored include:
* Seeing the Loving Essence
* Heart Centered Listening
* Re-framing Difficult Issues as Gifts
* The Power of Intention
* Gratitude
* Creating "Ideal Scenes"

The class is held at Above & Beyond in Manchester. The cost of the class is $150 per person.
