The North Texas SBDC Network and hospitality specialist, Chris Tripoli, will provide the SBDC Network with an eight-part series of webinars as professional development to all North Texas SBDC Network staff (directors, advisors, and administrative staff).
 
This eight-part series will explore the entire process of successfully creating, opening, operating, and expanding a restaurant concept in today’s marketplace.
 
Join Hospitality Specialist, Chris Tripoli, as he shares his knowledge and experiences with restaurant concept development, business planning, operations consistency, financial profitability, management development & staff training, marketing and promotion and expansion strategies.
 
Listen in and learn the specific “How to's” and “Don't do’s” that will help you assist your Restaurant clients overcome their business challenges.

In this first session, join Chris Tripoli in a discussion of Restaurant development and operational issues. Just like the "Coffee & Questions” program Chris has provided at the ASBDC national conference for years, he will be prepared to review today’s restaurant trends and address issues including development costs, operating challenges, labor crisis, marketing challenges and more!
 
This first professional development session is Open Topic driven. Based on the discussion, the other remaining seven webinars will be determined from the decision. Bring questions and current client situations for discussion.
