Our studio is a sweet blend of online and in-person classes.
I offer weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and yoga classes online, 5 mornings a week.
IN-person yoga classes 3 evenings a week.
*any online class can be attended in-person. Just ask!
These classes are for learning, laughing, and remembering our true nature...kindness.
