Inversions for beginners.

New 4 week series starts Monday, March 23.


This class is for anyone who has an open mind, and wants to learn how to practice the inversions of yoga.

Inversions are a cornerstone of yoga practice, and offer the student a well balanced yoga practice. please read below to learn more!

Inversions

  • support lymphatic, endocrine, and circulatory ststem
  • Improve mood
  • helps to stabilize emotional volatility
  • strengthens the heart
  • cools the nervous system
  • All inversions will focus on progressions, and care will be given to the set up and alignment.
  • We will utilize the yoga wall, the yoga chair, and many props for support.
  • inversion classes include warm-up, core strengthening, standing poses, and seated postures.
  • Inversions begin with basic inversions, and build gradually. You will be delighted at how much you learn.
  • Yoga teachers encouraged to sign up.

Our studio is a sweet blend of online and in-person classes.

I offer weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and yoga classes online, 5 mornings a week.

IN-person yoga classes 3 evenings a week.

*any online class can be attended in-person. Just ask!
