It looks like we will have a great weekend for you to pick up your bodacious seafood for Thanksgiving.
 
We are never open the weekend after Thanksgiving, giving us time with our families.
Rest assured that all of our seafood will still be very good for Thanksgiving and the weekend afterward; that means very cold if you store it correctly. Put your seafood in a clean ziplock bag, except for oysters and clams, and place it on the bottom of your cooler and cover with loose ice. Oysters and clams use bags of ice only because freshwater ice will kill your shellfish. Be sure to drain the water from your cooler daily. Your fish, shrimp, and scallops will be held at almost 31 degrees and will be good as new when you're ready for it. Because we must use plastic bags, methane gas builds inside the bags but can be easily rinsed away under cold running water. Our guarantee will cover seafood appropriately stored
 
We have left the coast with all the Stump Sound oysters, so we can't accept any more orders, but we do have plenty of pints of the shucked oysters.
 
Be forewarned that with the cost of goods now and fuel prices are out of sight, our future is in jeopardy, so we need your prayers for a miracle. Scallops will now cost us more than our selling price is today, and there is no way I can imagine charging you $40+/LB. Grouper will be a forbidden catch and will become unlawful to catch it. Lots of anglers will quit because they can't afford the fuel. Your comments are welcome, so let me have them, please
