with a Tu B'shvat Seder

as part of a special Kiddush following services


Services will be shortened to accommodate the brief Seder featuring special fruits and nuts to celebrate.

Everyone is welcome including children!

You should have received an email from Temple Israel on January 23rd to place your order. If you did not receive an email, please be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder or contact Sally at the office.



Orders will be accepted until Friday, Feb 13, 2026 

Unfortunately, No extensions will be granted, so order soon!


Delivery will be made to the following areas:

  • Wilkes-Barre, Plains, Kingston, Luzerne, Edwardsville, Forty-Fort, Shavertown, Trucksville, Laflin, Swoyersville, W. Pittston, Pittston, Nanticoke, Hanover & Dallas  

Recipients outside of the delivery area will receive a notice of your good wishes!


Each participating household will receive 1 bag along with a list of those sending good wishes.


How it works:

For $3.00 per recipient, you can send a Shelach Manot bag to anyone on the list. There is a minimum order of $18 so you will choose 6 names @ $3/each who will receive a Purim Bag from you.


You have the opportunity to reciprocate. 

Anyone sending you a Purim bag whom you did not originally choose on your list of recipients will be added as an addition to your original order. You will receive a second charge on your credit card of $3.00 per applicable reciprocal order after the deadline.

  • Wed, Nov 4 Golan Heights: Syrian border, Boat ride on the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) DeKarina Chocolate factory, dinner on the Sea, down the Jordan Valley to Jerusalem
  • Thu, Nov 5 Jerusalem Jaffa Gate, Old City Roof Tops, Cardo, Western Wall Tunnels, Kotel, Southern Steps (pictured above), Newly unearthed steps down to the Pool of Siloam
