Iowa lawmakers finally drop the mic

The 2025 Iowa legislative session is a wrap.

I wanted to bring you up to date ASAP on lawmakers' Herculean efforts to address Iowa's health care worker crisis, ensuring that all Iowans have access to timely, autonomous and safe health care.

So here are the upcoming new laws that directly impact our ability to receive emergency care, get an appointment with a specialist or have our call buttons answered:
