On  September 26 , 2019 The Turkish Heritage Organization hosted  H.E. Prof. Kudret Özersay , Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus for a private roundtable discussion in New York City on EU relations, and energy and economy in the region.


October 3, 2019:

THO will be hosting a private roundtable discussion with the Mayor of Gaziantep Fatma Sahin to discuss Syrian refugees.

October 16, 2019:
THO will be hosting a luncheon discussion on the topic of the Kurdish Question at the National Press Club from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

THO President Ali Cinar attended many major events on the side of #UNGA74 and was present for speeches by both President Trump and President Erdogan at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, New York. Additionally, he met with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross.
THO Communications Manager Savannah Lane spoke with A News regarding the latest developments throughout the UNGA.
THO President Ali Cinar attended the UN Alliance of Civilizations 8th Global Forum as an observer.
THO President Ali Cinar continued outreach as he was interviewed by TRT World, CNNTurk, and many other Turkish and ethnic channels during UNGA. Further THO President Ali Cinar spoke at the World Turkish Business Council.
THO Executive Director Elvir Klempic met with Representative Susan Wild and discussed foreign policy.
THO President Ali Cinar also met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on the sidelines of the UNGA.
UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY (UNGA 74)
The 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 74) high-level General Debates and various other important UNGA events took place last week New York City, New York.
