The New Year is a time to grow, try new things, and expand your skills. This training offers a supportive learning experience that utilizes improvisational techniques to build connection, trust, and resilience within recovery spaces.
For those who prefer a low-pressure option, you’re also welcome to attend for networking and lunch only.
Training Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate at least two improvisational exercises that promote trust and connection within group settings.
- Identify how improvisational techniques can enhance emotional resilience and creativity among individuals in recovery.
- Recognize the therapeutic value of laughter in the recovery process
