We are taking extra precautions here at Live Lean Rx Florida in an effort to
remain open
and offering services to our clients.
Please read the following
as it does contain important information about appointment reservations.

If you have already scheduled, we will see you for your reserved date and time
AS LONG AS you have not “violated” the precautionary measures below.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
The following is a list of
exclusion criteria
that
will prevent you
from having your scan next week.
For the safety of our staff and other clients, PLEASE BE HONEST.
You will be asked to re-schedule if:

If you been traveling in the past 14 days
in a plane, cruise ship, train or other form of public transport systems.

I
f you have been
exposed to someone
with a confirmed Coronavirus diagnosis
OR
flu-like symptoms in the past 7-14 days. ( If you have been tested and CLEARED then you’re fine.)

If YOU have been experiencing flu like symptoms
in the past 7-14 days.
You MUST be fever free for at least 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment time to keep your appointment.

First of all
THANK YOU
for continuing to serve our community on the front lines. We respect and appreciate you more than you know.
Due to the increased exposure risks of dealing with the general public, possible carriers and infected individuals,
we are asking the following from those of you in these professions:
- Please CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES prior to entering our facility if you are coming straight from shift. This virus is known to "hitch-hike" for extended periods of time on fabric and surfaces, so in an effort to prevent cross-contamination PLEASE do the following:
A. REMOVE
all clothing and accessory items you wore during shift and place them in a plastic trash bag.
B. PLEASE SHOWER IF YOU CAN.
Wash your hands and all exposed areas of skin after your shift if a shower is not available to you.
C.
Keep a clean change of clothing including shoes and socks in your vehicle
and change into them after showering or washing as thoroughly as possible.
GUESTS & VISITOR ATTENDANCE
As much as we love to educate and create awareness about our technology,
No additional guests will be permitted
in the facility and
everyone must
keep a 6 foot personal space rule.
All children, seniors & others with compromised immune systems
in your care must be left at home, in the car, or waiting outside the facility during your scan.
CLEANING AND SANITIZING
We have always used a medical grade sanitizer called Cavicide in our facilities which is rated to kill Coronavirus amongst many other harmful organisms.
We are sanitizing more than usual to insure a low-risk of transmission on the surfaces in our facilities.
We are doing our best to prevent the spread of this virus while continuing to serve our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and support very much!
