This week we are highlighting Marilú Vásquez of Las Delicias, in the Cuyamel mountain area. She is pregnant and receives her prenatal care at the Agua Caliente Health Center, a 40-minute walk from her home. Because of her high risk condition, she was referred for specialty care with an OBGYN in Catacamas, one hour and 30 minutes away. Due to her lack of economic resources she had to be assisted by Predisan staff to make this visit possible. Marilú is grateful to Predisan doctors and nurses who provide the healthcare she needs to have a healthy pregnancy. Listen as Marilú shares a heartfelt thank you!
