"We must dare to be great;
and we must realize that greatness
is the fruit of toil and sacrifice
and high courage."

This coming Memorial Day, the entire nation, along with the Elkhorn Community, will honor the men and women who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. May 30th is not simply a bonus vacation day or a well-deserved three day weekend, it's a time to remember. Every person reading this email has a family member or friend who's story of heroism deserves to be highlighted as we freely live our lives as American Citizens.
Take the time to say thank you. Honor those who served this coming weekend with more than backyard barbeques and time off work. Embrace the meaning of this holiday by reflecting on what you have been given in return for a life laid down for freedom.
History is marked by the deaths of fallen soldiers, as will our future be. The best thing we can do is never forget those who left home in hopes to create a better tomorrow, only to never return.
#NeverForgotten

Experts recommend walking briskly on most days. Aim for a target of 30 minutes on most days, or 150 or more minutes a week. Walking programs can help you reach this goal by slowly increasing the frequency and the amount of time you walk.
