Q: What falls from great

heights but doesn't hurt?

A: Snow

You'd think we were welcoming the month of April with temperatures such as these! But here we are, the last day in January as we watch all our hopes and dreams of hosting the 4th Annual Winter Snolf wash down the storm drains. If you're a first time reader and wondering what the heck snolf is, that would be the combination of snow and golf. A fun winter activity that requires frozen precipitation to enjoy said activity. And since we won't have much left in the snow department by the end of the week, consider this your official notice that WINTER SNOLF IS CANCELLED. [sniffle, sniffle, tiny whimper] On the bright side, we have selected the date for next year and look forward to seeing all you snolfers on February 8th, 2025!

Speaking of bright sides, I hear there's a chance we will see the sun today. I just poked my head around the corner and the skies still look hazy to me, but hopefully soon! Between the dense fog and gray days, I am ready for some S-U-N! I hope whatever you're waiting for is coming around the corner too! Unless it's snow...that's a future phenomenon we may not see till Santa returns. Ha!

[UPDATE: IT'S SUNNY!!!]
