Got stuff to get rid of? Be part of the biannual Community Garage Sale coming up in October. We do all the marketing, promoting and organizing, all you have to do is sign up, set up your items at your home and sell, sell, sell! All registered addresses will be added to an interactive yard sale map.

Harkins VIP Gold Movie Passes are back! Available at the community center for $9 each. Limit 10 per household, and must be paid for via check or money order (no cash).

Quarterly statements were mailed to residents in early September. Payments were due by  October 1st.   As a reminder, the association will no longer accept cash for assessment payments. Money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks are acceptable.
AROUND TOWN
Join the Gilbert Parks and Recreation Department for a Movie in the Park this Friday, October 4th featuring  How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World . This free event begins at 6:30 PM at Gilbert Community Center near Gilbert and Elliot Roads.
The Gilbert Police Department is hosting a free shred-a-thon from 9 to 11 AM this Saturday, October 5th at the Target parking lot at Warner Road and Val Vista Drive. Residents can bring up to three file boxes of documents to be shredded. The first 200 people to arrive will receive a free goody bag and the chance to win a Target gift card.
