February is the Month for LOVE and here at Spectrum we are preparing to share the love with you all month long! On February 1st, we will deliver ten valentine goody bags to random doorsteps throughout the community. There will be a Board of Director's Meeting (held via zoom) on January 27 at 6:00 PM. If you would like to join the meeting, homeowners should register to attend to receive the zoom call in information.

The Spectrum Community Center and Association Office will remain closed to the public, except for those with Association business during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm). Our office staff will also be available by phone or email during this time as well.
