Adaptive Recreation Newsletter
June 2020
Please give a warm welcome to Amelia Martin, who will be joining the Adaptive Recreation team this summer as an intern.

Hello everyone! I am Amelia Martin, an occupational therapy student at Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences-Mary Baldwin University. I chose to intern with Charlottesville Parks and Recreation this summer because I have a desire to help create programs that everyone will enjoy. Recreational activities have played a huge role in my life and I want to help everyone have the same opportunity. I am looking forward to getting to know and work with all of you!

You will be seeing Amelia a lot on our programs, so be sure to say "Hi!"
