The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Services has teamed up with KKR Consult to offer professional development seminars on a quarterly basis.  Our first session will be hosted on Zoom.  
 
Kim Radison with KKR Consult will focus on three easy things you can do to improve employee relationships during the pandemic.

Safety Council Goes Virtual
 
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Ohio Safety Councils will conduct all meetings virtually (online only) this fiscal year. The decision to go virtual will also make participation as easy as possible for area businesses as focus on resuming their operations and keeping their workforce safe.
 
In light of the difficult and unusual times, there will no rebate this year for participation nor the performance rebate (for those eligible) to employers who participate in the BWC Safety Council program.
 
While this is not the usual direct financial reward for attending, we believe Seneca County businesses will still receive valuable workplace safety information and resources by attending meetings online. What you learn at upcoming virtual meetings can help with cost savings and keeping your workers safe from injuries and illness at work.
 
The August Seneca County Safety Council meeting will take place on August 25 at noon. The meeting will feature a panel discussion of representatives from three area employers, the City of Tiffin, Old Fort Banking Company and Webster Industries, who will share their experiences thus far as they navigate COVID-19 and workplace safety.
