SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS
The First District PTA Commemorative Scholarship is now available to graduating seniors via their respective council or out-of-council PTAs. A reminder that applicants must be enrolled in a high school with a PTA/PTSA, and be a member of that high school PTA/PTSA. Each council or out-of-council PTA will then select one application from each high school in good standing to send forward to First District PTA by Monday, March
27, 2023 at noon.
Applications can be submitted via email to officemanager@pta1.org or by US mail to: First District PTA, 1008 S. 8th Street, Moor Field, Alhambra, CA 91801.

REFLECTIONS
The National PTA Reflections Arts program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts to help boost student confidence as well as success in the arts and in life. First District PTA had over 2,150 students participate in this year's theme: “Show Your Voice.”
Twenty-seven of the student entries were submitted to California State PTA for the next level of judging.
Over 100 students will be recognized for their entries at the First District Reflections awards ceremony this spring. More information to come on the date/time/location.
