Dear colleagues,

You are cordially invited to attend our 2021 virtual Annual Meeting. 

As the biggest global network of volunteer optometrists, VOSH/International can generate significant impact through increased collaboration between our chapters and with our strategic partners. 

The meeting aims at improving our understanding of our chapters’ work in Latin America and the Caribbean and of the situation of eye health and optometry in specific countries.

This will be a COPE accredited activity offering 3 COPE qualified courses. These are:
 
  • Evaluation of Patients with Visual Impairment. Tracy Matchinski, OD, FAAO, FVI, Assistant Professor Illinois College of Optometrists.

  • A Practical and Evidence-Based Approach to Vision Screening of Children (COPE 72553-PB), Bruce Moore, OD, Professor Emeritus New England College of Optometry.

  • The internationalization of optometric education, Timothy Wingert, OD, FAAO, FNAP, FEAOO, Dean, Rosenberg School of Optometry, University of the Incarnate Word, USA and Dr. Carol Violet Pinzon, Head of Optometry Programme, Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, Seccional Pereira, Colombia

Costs
The event is free of charge but we are asking US and Canadian ODs, who may benefit from the COPE credits, to make a donation.
