An Important Note of Encouragement from Our Pastors
"God is faithful in all His words and kind in all His works." Ps. 145:13
Dear Church Family,
We are disturbed and disgusted by the events that took place in our country's capitol yesterday. Yet, we are not surprised nor are we shaken. This present dark world and the systems it employs will never deliver on its promises, but the Lord of heaven and earth will deliver on all of His, for “God is faithful in all His words and kind in all His works” (Psalms 145:13). WCC Kids Reintroduced January 17th at 10:15 a.m.!
In October, we reopened the 8:30 a.m. WCC Kids classes and they have gone very well. Several more people have recently answered the call to teach, assist, and provide care. Thank you! This has enabled us to also offer most classes at 10:15 a.m. starting on January 17th. We need more help to open all classes. If you can serve or want more details contact Greg and Noelle Johnson. Click on this registration link to find out which classes are available and register your children now!

Family Devotions
Do you have a desire for family worship and/or devotions? If you didn't start yesterday, the next best time to start is today, as we prepare for 2021. The 19th-century Princeton theologian Archibald Alexander likened family worship to firewood in your fireplace. You lay the logs, and then you plead with God to send the Spirit to ignite that wood into flame. Here are three great resources to help you ignite the wood in your home. Two great books that can be purchased in the WCC bookstore and family devotions you can find on our WCC Kid Ministry page.
Purchase options:
Save the cost of shipping by purchasing from the WCC Bookstore at cost (New City Catechism:$8.00, Family Worship $9.00). Choose the Bookstore Purchases Fund and include the book name in the memo. We will have it ready for you at the WCC Connect Table.
