Several Options November Through December
California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC) is hosting several webinars throughout November and December to ensure your business is compliant with new California laws regarding harassment training. All employers with five or more employees must complete two hours of anti-harassment training for supervisory staff, and one hour of anti-harassment training for nonsupervisory employees.

Baja California has become Mexico's most important state for aerospace after four decades of development and investment. Today, Baja California drives the country's aerospace output with over 80 companies and exports of around $1.8 billion. These companies, however, require inputs and 95% of all supplies are still imported into Baja. This represents a strong sales opportunity for the aerospace industry in Southern California.
The objective of this tour is to further connect the Southern California Aerospace Industry to Mexico in order to promote exports and foster manufacturing opportunities beneficial to both countries. Mexico has a need for suppliers of precision machining, hardware/fasteners/electric sensors/coils, metal stamping and many others listed below.
