Did you know that your dillonsupply.com web account can be set up to include user permissions?
It starts by setting up an administrator login, who has complete control of the addition and removal of users and what functions they can use on DillonSupply.com.
Admins also have visibility into all purchases and invoices, and can even set budgets or require admin approval for purchases. Individual users can then purchase within those rules as needed, view their own order history, and track shipment status without having to call in to the admin. The admin can also create lists of approved items such as new hire logoed safety equipment kits or commonly used tools/cleaning supplies, making it quick for users to find and re-order the supplies they need.
This makes for a time-saving powerful tool, removing the need for paper forms, emails, and calls into the main office, with all approvals and purchases managed through the dillonsupply.com app/website.
