A Message from our President
Spring is in full swing and we’ve got a lot going on!
The Government Affairs Committee has the ‘finish line’ in sight on many different pieces of legislation that they have been working through the process. Governor Ayotte is onboard and is totally Pro Builder, so keep an eye out for emails for bill signings and great news that is soon to come. Building next year in New Hampshire will be a lot easier than it is today. Thank you to the Committee and State Staff for the dedication to keep an eye on more than 150 pieces of legislation.
A HUGE thank you to our friends and fellow members at East Coast Lumber. On the 4th of June the East Coast team threw a great outdoor networking event at their facility in East Hampstead. We had delicious BBQ, great networking, cornhole, giant Jenga, and amazing prizes! This event has become an annual event and their team puts on a great party. Don’t miss next year.
Our next event will be our Member Appreciation Event in August at the Flagg Hill Distillery and Vineyard in Lee. This will be held on August 6th. This event is a nice summer break to bring your team and have a great time. The Committee is hard at work on games and a fun summer menu. There are some sponsorships available for this event as the goal is to keep the tickets prices low so as many members as possible can attend and enjoy.
Mark your calendars for Fall Golf: this great event is going to be held on October 1st at the Breakfast Hill Golf Club in Greenland NH. The Committee has some awesome ideas for contest holes as well as amazing prizes for our winners. We have many sponsorship opportunities available and there are already players signed up.
