WHEN DO I GET MY TAX FORMS?

Our partner, National Financial Services (NFS), will post and mail consolidated 1099 tax forms in four waves. The dates are when your tax form will be available in Investor360°. They will be mailed five to seven days after they are posted online.


Please note: In instances when tax reporting for an account occurs during the extension period, NFS will provide an online preliminary tax statement starting on February 12. This is viewable only in Investor360° and will provide a single view of current tax information to help you determine early tax liability.

NEW EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MICHAEL LYNOTT


Michael joined Armstrong, Fleming & Moore, Inc. as a paraplanner in December 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years in the RIA industry as a client service associate, supporting private individuals and families.

He graduated from Villanova University in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Communications and a minor in Business. During his time at Villanova, he enjoyed cheering on his Wildcats in basketball and working various internships throughout the school semesters and summer months.


Michael grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. Outside of work, he coaches a travel baseball team during the spring and fall and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring local hiking spots.

NEW EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JOSH MERGLER


Josh attended James Madison University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance in May 2023. Before that, he spent a year at Alvernia University in 2019, where he also played football. Josh interned at a financial planning firm during the summer of 2022, where he discovered a passion for helping others financially.

 

Josh grew up in Havre de Grace, MD and now lives in Arlington, VA to experience living close to the city while staying relatively close to family and friends. Growing up, his family always had multiple dogs and cats which he describes as feeling like a “zoo”. Now, Josh lives with his partner, Claudia, and has a yellow lab named LuLu. They also volunteer at a local animal rescue and are fostering dogs until they find their forever home.

 

Josh is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoys watching games with the people closest to him. In his free time, Josh enjoys trying new restaurants, experimenting with new recipes, attempting to bake, and finding new shows and movies to enjoy. He also loves spending time with their sweet pup, LuLu—whether they’re playing fetch, going on hikes, or relaxing at home.
