JENNIFER FERRIOL - City of West Palm Beach

Jennifer Ferriol serves as the Director of Housing and Community Development for the City of West Palm Beach. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and long term compliance of all affordable and workforce housing developments in the City. She oversees the establishment and delivery of multiple community and social services programs and activities including homeless services ,and manages all City real estate transactions. Jennifer has 13 years of progressive and extensive experience in the housing and community development industry. She received her undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Barry University in Miami, FL. Jennifer a is a graduate of Leadership West Palm Beach, Class of 2018 and lives with her daughter Britney in the north end of the City.

Michael Hass brought his expertise in senior living projects to co-found Drive Development Partners in 2015.
Finding his niche in Continuing Care Retirement Communities early in his career allowed Michael to become an authority on senior living developments. Since joining Drive Development Partners, he has placed over 1.3 million square feet of development under construction with an additional 1 million square feet to begin construction in the next year. Working with industry-leading companies such as Senior Resource Group, Avanti Senior Living, Prevarian Senior Living, and Clarity Pointe. Michael’s projects span California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, and Florida with plans for new sites in New Mexico, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Pacific Northwest. In his career, Michael has built over 9 million square feet of senior living communities.

Michael’s focus is to champion Drive Development Partners’s projects and create new communities to serve tomorrow’s senior. Balancing marketability, capital costs, alternative delivery methods, and changing financial markets is his strength. With an engineering degree from Iowa State and 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Michael brings an refreshingly practical perspective to the development process. Drawing on his time working with his family in their Midwest construction and development business and his 15 years with The Weitz Company as a Director of Senior Living, Michael has learned development literally from the ground up.
JOHNNY DAGHER Baker Barrios Architects

Johnny leads Baker Barrios’s Senior Living practice, with a focus on improving environments for aging adults. As a Senior Associate with Baker Barrios Architects, Johnny has 20 years of experience managing multiple projects from conceptual design through project completion. He also has extensive experience as project manager with responsibilities ranging from the design and production of construction documents, quality control, writing fee proposals, prototype development to creating 3D Revit models. Recent projects include: Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast, 140,000 SF Assisted Living Facility and HarborChase of Stuart, 130,000 SF Assisted Living Facility. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Property and Construction, and a Bachelor of Planning and Design from The University of Melbourne, Australia and is a member of LeadingAge Florida.
STEVEN NAPIER - Suffolk

With over 30 years of industry experience, Steve serves as a Project Executive for Suffolk. He is skilled in all aspects of the construction process and oversees projects from the earliest pre-construction efforts through closeout. Steve provides strong, effective leadership and direction to his teams and is responsible for ensuring that complete transparency and collaboration are implemented throughout the entire project. Steve’s professionalism and passion is what makes him the perfect direct point of contact, ensuring a predictable project delivery.
Before joining Suffolk, Steve served in various leadership roles for other large construction firms in South Florida. His experience spans multiple industry sectors with a strong focus in commercial and healthcare.

Over the years, Steve has accumulated multiple ASHE Certifications and is a Certified
General Contractor for the State of Florida. He is active in the industry and community with affiliations with Associated Builders and Contractors and the Construction Association of South Florida. Steve graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Law.
MICHAEL RODEBAUGH, AIA, NCARB - LEO A DALY

Michael Rodebaugh leads the firm’s design for the Senior Living Market Sector. He has a broad range of experience in design and project management with senior-related facilities from 40,000 SF to more than 700,000 SF. Michael brings residential and hospitality/resort experience to senior living design with a passion to create environments that residents and visitors will find pleasant and relaxing with a homelike sense of belonging. Michael’s goal is to create inviting spaces that encourage multi-generational interactions between residents, visitors and staff. His awareness of the need to attract and retain staff inform strategies for employee well-being, efficiencies and use of technology. Mike understands the nuances of design that can create a comfort level, an orientation cue, and a sense of dignity. He extends this passion and knowledge within the full continuum of care environments as he works with clients for independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities and their respective specialty requirements.
