Ohio Crime Prevention Association (OCPA) will hold their House of Worship Security Training program on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the Loveland Police Department. Training is held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the cost is $40 for nonmembers.

Episcopal Relief & Development celebrates the spiritual lives of children and how they inspire the spiritual lives of adults in the organization’s 2020 Lenten Meditations, now available in both English and Spanish at
www.episcopalrelief.org/lent. In September 2019, the organization embarked on a three-year fundraising campaign, ONE THOUSAND DAYS OF LOVE, in order to expand its global work with children.

General Convention Office launches online tool: Mapping demographics and Parochial Report data
Beginning in January 2020, congregational and diocesan leaders in The Episcopal Church will have access to a new online resource for understanding history and visioning the future with the data collected through the Parochial Report.

Updated Manual of Business Methods in Church Affairs now available
The Episcopal Church Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, N. Kurt Barnes, is pleased to announce the online publication of the latest version of the
Manual of Business Methods in Church Affairs.
The Canons of The Episcopal Church set forth the general responsibility and accountability for the stewardship of the Church’s money and property. Title I, Canon 7 specifically addresses the business methods prescribed for every diocese, parish, mission, and institution subject to the authority of the Episcopal Church.

Begin your week with a time of reflection as you hear ancient texts of prayer and praise sung by the combined choirs of the cathedral and St. Thomas to celebrate the Feast of the Presentation.
Music will include settings of the Magnificat and Nunc dimittis by Robert Lehman, “O Gracious Light” by Howard Helvey, and “O nata lux” by Morten Lauridsen. Reception following.
