NIAM partnership project COVID 19 Survey with DePaul University
Ever since COVID -19 struck the United States hard last year, NIAM has been fully engaged with the community, gathering stories on its devastating effect and sharing them on our social media, recording its impact on families and arts organizations in our oral history interviews, supporting small businesses and struggling restaurateurs in our 'Taste of India' virtual series. 
Our latest effort to be relevant and connected to the community is through our partnership with DePaul University who contacted NIAM to help them outreach to Chicagoland South Asian Americans for a research study examining the needs and impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on communities of color in the United States. 
We request your help in filling out the survey by following the link below.
The voices of South Asian Americans need to be fully represented in the American mosaic and this is one way in which we can make ourselves heard, so, please, do take the time to share this message with other South Asian Americans in your network. You will be helping and contributing to the cause of increased awareness of our community, social justice and equity in the United States.
