UPDATE

Dear Long Beach CERT Members,

We hope you're doing well! As you may know, December is a busy month for us, and we have a few important updates regarding our upcoming events.

HOLIDAY CELEBRATION POSTPONED – Our Holiday Celebration scheduled for December 3rd has been postponed. Instead, we will be holding a New Year's Celebration on January 7, 2025. Mark your calendars—we'll still be playing White Elephant, so please hold on to your $20 gift for the rescheduled event!

VOLUNTEER REQUEST

• Event: Stuff-a-Bus for the Spark of Love Toy Drive
• When: This Friday, December 6th, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
• Location: Toy Warehouse - 2760 N. Studebaker Rd., 90815 (see map below)
• Description: LB Transit buses will be participating in the annual Stuff-a-Bus event collecting many toys for the Spark of Love Toy Drive. If you are able to help unload these amazing donations, please sign up by responding to this email at CERT@longbeach.gov!

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to celebrating with you in January. Your participation in the toy drive will make a huge difference for many families this holiday season!
