The City of Long Beach Community Development Department is hosting a series of Housing Policy Forums to gather your valuable input on critical housing initiatives. These initiatives aim to:

 

  • Boost Housing Production: Increase the overall number of housing units available in Long Beach.
  • Enhance Affordability: Make housing more accessible for residents across income levels.
  • Reduce Displacement: Protect existing residents from unfair evictions.
  • Attract Innovative Developments and Address Fair Housing Objectives: Encourage modern and sustainable housing projects, especially in high-resource areas.

Please note all forums will be open house style and will cover the same content.
