- A GMAR broker reported very unusual listing appointments recently with potential seller Bradley Trimble of 885 Satinwood Court in Brookfield.
The Association wants to let members know about the circumstances surrounding the listing appointments.
Four agents from two offices in Brookfield and Waukesha were interviewed by the seller. All four reported the seller exhibited strange behavior during the listing appointment, making the agents very uncomfortable.
The seller commented about "locking them in the basement," had a shotgun in the room with them, and smelled of alcohol. His CCAP report includes a restraining order.
While his behavior doesn't rise to the level of threats per se, it is enough to concern us.
